My name is Brandon and I am so excited you are here!
My journey started the day I decided that I wanted more for myself and my family and I drank my last alcoholic drink. Entering recovery started a beautiful chain reaction that lead me (and sequentially you) to where I am today!

I realized that my passion was helping people. So I quit my job as a mechanical engineer and dove head first in to the fitness industry.
